3rd Party Couriers
For certain sized packages and some locations, it is more suitable to use a courier. As there is an increased risk of damage using this method, we do our best to ensure the packages are wrapped to the best possible standard to minimise that risk.
Pallet Deliveries
For certain custom or bespoke orders, we may utilise a pallet service for designated deliveries. This applies to larger, offline orders and will be coordinated with the customer during the ordering process. If you are anticipating a pallet delivery, please ensure you have either a forklift or sufficient manpower to unload the pallet, as well as a designated space to store or dispose the pallet afterward.
Damages

Handling Damaged Deliveries
If your package looks damaged when it arrives, please take a photo before opening it and take a moment to open the package fully and check the items inside before reporting any damage.
If you do find that the contents are damaged, try to sign for it as “damaged” (if the courier allows), and get in touch with us at info@harrogatecnc.co.uk within 10 working days. We requite the photos to be sent over with the email.
Refunds

If we have already cut your order we cannot cancel or refund your order. Your panels are cut to size your exact specifications and cannot be returned for any reason.If your panels are damaged, we will offer a replacement. If you have used your damaged panels, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
